"State Farm in East Islip is the best! I walked in there in a bind with a cracked side passenger window. Daniel helped me right away. He is so pleasant and I have worked with him before. I had a time constraint to get it fixed, with a trip coming up, otherwise I would have had to wait a long time to get it repaired until I returned. At that time, Paul walked out of his office, asked me how I was doing, and when I told him I was considering taking a long driving trip with a broken window, he told me there was no way he would let that happen, as the window could break if I hit a big bump. He was worried about my safety, especially in the case of bad weather. He went and made a call to a great window company named Pinnacle, which is located in Bayshore, and the owner Kevin spoke to me over the phone and scheduled me for a fix the same day. Two employees from Pinnacle came by and fixed it in fifteen minutes! By 3:30 same day the window was fixed. State Farm turned a bad day into a good one! I completely support this team at State Farm East Islip for getting this done for me. I recommend them to anyone who is looking for a good car insurance company. Stop on in, you are treated like family!"
